EXHIBIT SELECTION & SOURCE LIMITS

What the documents actually show.

The fourteen exhibit images are selected excerpts. Individually reviewed source files are also available in the public evidence index; other complete originals remain private.

For a continuous reading experience, use the selected evidence book: 18 images, 22 pages (PDF). This is not the unredacted 301-page source archive.

These images are derivative excerpts. They cannot by themselves prove that every original electronic message was sent by the displayed speaker, or that no additional context exists. The complete source records are preserved privately. Provenance and privacy decisions for the selected images are recorded in the private source ledger.

Limit: Estimated statement, not a final settlement disclosure or proof of an exclusive ownership interest.

June 26, 2025 - TRUNCATED MESSAGE EXCERPT

TRUNCATED MESSAGE EXCERPT - June 26, 2025 negotiation; screenshot ends mid-sentence

Source: U9 E2: Visual I7 VS09-01

Excerpt treatment: TRUNCATED MESSAGE EXCERPT. The selected screenshot stops in the middle of Aileen's financing-risk explanation. The end of that message and the wider thread are not shown; no conclusion here relies on the omitted words.

Limit: Negotiation language, not an ownership conveyance. Cropped screenshot is not a complete conversation.

July 19, 2025 delusional exchange

Source: U9 E2: Visual I7 VS12-01

Limit: The Cebuano “inyuha diay ang Silver Creek? delusional” challenges the claimed ownership, and the text urges purchase-loan approval. This is one selected screenshot, not the complete conversation.

Quoted inside Romeo's reply: "OUR house, Silver Creek" (attributed to Aileen)

July 20 quotation attributed to Aileen within Romeo's reply; original sender email not independently verified

Source: U9 E2: quoted-email excerpt in Romeo outer reply

Excerpt treatment: Text reconstructed from an earlier email quoted in Romeo's reply; the original Aileen-sent email was not independently obtained. Do not present this rendering as a verified screenshot of her outgoing email.

Limit: ATTRIBUTED TO AILEEN IN A QUOTATION INSIDE ROMEO'S REPLY - SENDER-ORIGINAL NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED. The same quoted reply mentions “ANOTHER business loan” and consequences for the AFH, important to understanding “OUR house, Silver Creek” in context.

E12 / court-record

November 4 written findings: no basis for an RCW 7.105 order, with contact caution

November 4 judicial-findings addendum excerpt: no RCW 7.105 basis, no active threat and contact warning

Source: U9 E2: judicial addendum image, same Court outcome

Excerpt treatment: Entire selected derivative image; this does not represent the entire original conversation or document.

Limit: The written addendum excerpt states no basis for an order under RCW 7.105, no active threat of violence and insufficient proof of a harassment pattern, while also warning against unwanted contact. The printed heading repeats one cause number, so this single image does not independently authenticate two identical court findings. The denial did not find that petitioners knowingly lied.

RESTRICTED EVIDENCE / JUNE 2026

Continued payments before the title transfer.

ABC Elder Care’s business account records a $3,798.68 payment to Jun on June 9, 2026. Freedom Mortgage separately records a matching installment on June 12. These records corroborate continued payments while title remained in Jun and Aileen’s names. The original bank statement remains private. See the dated payment sequence.

Read the paired pre-closing messages: Open paired January exchange. Read Romeo’s preceding message, repayment language and original Cebuano together; this is a selected exchange with party translation.
